Our CICC Membership

Effective April 2004, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) officials will no longer deal with any fee-charging representative presenting new applications who is not a member of a Provincial or Territorial Law Society, the Chambre des Notaries du Québec or registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory council [previously Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC)].

This means that after April 2004, no consultant or lawyer will be authorized to file immigration applications on behalf of his/her client to the Canadian Consulate/Canadian embassy unless they are members of the above Regulator.

All of our immigration work is handled in our Toronto office by immigration consultants who are valued members of the The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
